i am thinking of buying guildwars:faction but i see alot of faction: pre-order. Does this also include a key so that you can play it?

All info found there. While you can no longer actually "Pre"-order as the game itself has already been released im sure you could find a pre-order box around somewhere.

The factions pre-order only includes a key to unlock the two bonus weapons. A set of daggers and a rit staff.

It's not worth paying for unless you like to collect the preorder weapons. It won't give you any type of access.

The Preorders were worth it before the games came out because you could discount the cost against the full game.

So I payed ??1-99 for the preorder/prerelease versions of factions nightfall and eon played the game early got the weapons and then got the money back.

It is possible you could do a deal with your local friendly computer store if they have any preorder copies taking up space on their shelves.
