Getting Elites With Tomes - Guild Wars Forums

Lets say I unlocked And Elite, lets say Cleve on a warrior of mine, and I made another warrior and wanted it on him. Would unlocking the elite with the use of a tome effect my skill hunter title in any way? Does it count as capping it?

useing a tome to learn an elite counts to your cap title, yes.
