PvP Editions - Guild Wars Forums

Picked up guild wars late (ok i played another game for 2 years and came back).

I see there are the PvP editions for lazy folks like me who would like to jump into PvP without playing all 3 chapters to unlock all the skills for all the classes.

I go to the online store and they aren't there! What gives? Did Eye of the North unlock all the previous PvP skills? Am I took late? Or Do i need to uber rush through the games one i finish PvE to grab all my skills? I've looked around but there is no mention of them being discontinued or out of date or whatever.

I think they are temporarily taking them off the store because they are reworking the whole PvP pack system. A thread about it can be found here:
