Nightfall Quests - Guild Wars Forums

I'm level 10 D/E and just started playing Nightfall a few days ago. While I enjoy it very much, I've completed almost every quest I can. Right now my Primary Quest is The_Honorable_General, my title is Second Spear (3) and I have 177 Promotion Points. It says I need 300 Promotion Points to earn the title of "First Spear", which, of course, is required to complete the Primary Quest I'm on right now (or attain Level 12).

I have explored every inch of the area I'm (allowed to be) in. I can't go further south past Cliffs of Dohjok or west of Jokanur Diggings. I have picked up random quests in the world exploring on my own and many towns I have re-visted several times just to make sure I can't find anymore. Am I missing an area where I can find more quests or should I just be grinding my way to level 12? It's strange to me that the quest I'm on says to earn the First Spear title when I would need another 123 Promotion Points to do that - and frankly, I don't see where those points are supposed to come from since only a fraction of the quests I pickup actually award Promotion Points.

Help?

Have you gotten the various hunts/bounties from the NPCs standing by resurrection shrines?
