Just trying to find myself a nice shiny chaos axe, but don't wanna pay

. Do they just drop in FoW, like not any other chests or monsters anywhere? And if only in FoW, are there any monsters with higher drop rates on them?

It's a random drop in FoW. Do you have Nightfall? There are sections at the end of the game where you can get FoW drops, too. Also, check guild wars wiki if you plan on dyeing it - they don't take color like you might expect.

No I have every GW game except NF. So they don't drop in any dungeon chests or anything in like GWEN?

No... FoW or the realm of torment area in NF only.

You can buy them for a reasonable price if your only after the skin, but if you want perfect mods/req then it will cost you a fortune.

Consider going to Lions Arch and looking for a Purple R12 Chaos Axe with a near perfect dmg mod, should be very resonably priced.
