It's not possible to change the e-mail address. Chance is that he changed the password.
Try the support at the official site.

yes.. u can't change account name.. but u can change email where u want them to send u new password if u want to reset it :S
so what to do??

Make sure you have the access keys for that account. They will ask for it.
