Okay, so I just bought Guild Wars, but my own computer is down at the moment. Is it possible to download it on another computer and then later put it on my computer later??

Yes.

All of your account data is stored on a server, so wherever you can login you can play. This means you can have the client (the local content) on as many computers as you like.
