Wiki is your friend.
Guild Emblemers are the tailors that players use to design a cape (Guild Banner) for a Guild. Guild Emblemers can be found in: * Prophecies Campaign o Ascalon City - Nolan o Lion's Arch - Liran * Factions Campaign o Shing Jea Monastery - Kumiko (she's found in two places) o Kaineng Center - Kumiko * Nightfall Campaign o Kamadan, Jewel of Istan - Risa |

And he has the maturity too that a good guild leader needs.
One of the gripes I have with this game is that Guilds can be created in beginner cities like Ascalon. Too many kiddie guilds are started there by kiddies that will eventually disband or attempt to sell the guild in a few months when they find out no one will join. I think you should have to journey at least as far as Lion's Arch before attempting to start a guild. By then you know the basics of how to play the game. |

Don't forget there are people who make guilds just to make their own capes.
