Radiant insignas on your armor, +5 energy inscription on your bow and runes or attunment. THose are your options. I may have missed one or two but i don't think so.
The wiki also has some good info: http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Main_Page |

If you put points into Expertise, then a lot of Ranger skills and some skills from other professions, will cost less energy to use.
You can use Radiant Insignia on your armor for a total of 7 extra energy. You can also put Attunement Runes on your armor for +2 energy for each one added. That's good for a total of +10 energy if you add to all armor. You can apply an I have the Power inscription to your bow for an extra +5 energy. If you are trapping, some will take a staff with it's inherent +10e, add an Insightful Staff head for another +5e and maybe a Hale and Hearty inscription for another +5e when health is over 50%. That's a total of +20 energy (when health is over 50%). But except for the trapping staff and radiant insignia and attunement runes, I don't think most people worry about energy on a ranger enough to sacrifice other benefits that those options would replace. Is there something you are specifically trying to do? |

Use your Expertise attribute. Its really, really good. Also, energy issues can often be traced back to using a build that requires too much energy. Since you pointed out you're R/Mo, I'll mention that you should not be using many monk spells.. Expertise doesn't apply to spells, and there's better Ranger equivalents for anything you could be trying to do effectively with Monk stuff. |

Put attribute points in expertise, it helps with energy management

Just a reminder to the two of you above that it doesn't matter what servers you play on anymore since you can change the districts from American to Europe whenever you feel like it in the top left corner drop-down of your screen...

Yeah, the only reason that question matters anymore is because of the time differences.

Also a reminder that it's "american" servers not "usa" servers. America is the entire western hemisphere - that's North America, plus Central America, plus South America. North America basically consists of the U.S.A. plus Mexico, plus Canada. So, not everyone playing on "american" servers is from the "USA".
