Can you sell and buy armor.
My question is, can you buy and sell your armor to another player of the same profession, or is it reserved for you and nobody else can have it?

Nope, armor is automatically customized for yourself when bought, thus making it impossible to sell or trade to anyone. If anyone says otherwise (specifically ingame) they are tryng to scam you.
Check out wiki for guides on common scams, so that you can avoid them. |

You can sell. Except the recipient will have no use for it except to salvage materials from.

To clarify: Yes, they are tradeable. They are, however, usable ONLY by the character for whom they were customized, making them nigh-worthless to any other character.
