Um whuh?! What else IS there to do in any RPG besides getting new gear and doing quests/missions? (Well, I suppose there's PvP, but...)
Unless you consider grinding out levels to be "something to do". Even in RPGs like WoW that have more "levels", you still basically do quests/missions and get new gear. And if you want to grind, you can grind out titles in GW - which in many ways acts like getting higher levels.

I didn't ask for you to tell me that I am playing a video game because there is something wrong with my life. Never asked anyone how to allocate my computer time. I feel sorry for you that told me this because obviously you cannot read and respond to questions correctly.
