I would say the Tengu Staff.

For my ele I still think that Rago's Flame Staff (Jeweled Staff skin) is the best looking.

Bo Staff & Celestial
Bo staff for the genious simplicity & Celestial because Im a sucker for Celestial items

I also like the Tengu Staff though.
