I reset my password with the wrong email address.
The email address I used was wrong with one or two characters and I asked to reset my password. Now I can't get back into my account. What should I do or can I do anything at all?

Reset your password again and type the correct email this time?
Btw, how exactly do you change your password? It's always baffled me |

Ah, I thought you meant the email address you used to reset your password was wrong not the one you used create your account. The only solutions will probably be to contact support or register the email address that you requested a pword to be sent to.

It's probably you that took it.
Unfortunately, like so many posts, you're initial post is very vague, so what do you mean? If this helps, the "e-mail" address you put in when you first create an account functions only as an "account name" after that. You can go in (somewhere) and change the e-mail address that ANet uses to contact you (for example, to send you a new password), but the "account name" stays the same. You're original account should still be there under the original e-mail/account name - whether that e-mail address is still valid or not. Try putting in the original account name and password and see what happens. Last edited by Quaker; Dec 24, 2007 at 06:26 PM // 18:26.. |

uhmm... If you don't have your password or the email address you assigned it to then there is no proof that it is your account. If anyone could change account email addresses without passwords then I could steal anyone's account.
Your best bet will be to contact NCsoft and you need to have your cd key or a proof of purchase. Good luck. |
