Is there a non-hard way to mod without Texmod?
Texmod doesn't work in Vista.

Can you post your system specs? Texmod requires DX9+ to run properly and I'm fairly positive at this point that Vista isn't the cause of your problem.

I have no issues using texmod with Vista (Home Premium and Ultimate Editions). Perhaps you have another issue that is preventing you from using the program. Whatever the case may be, I personally do not know of (nor could I find) another click-and-go texture modification software that could be used with Guild Wars.

Maybe it's your video card.

I use Vista and Texmod definitely works. I'm using Vista Home Premium...

Vista Home Premium with no issues. Are you having issues linking Texmod to GW or will Texmod just not run at all?
