Quick question.
Just wondering, with ranger interrupts (no IAS so 1/2) and 1 second cast spells with a recurve bow at full range, not anticipating the skills....just how much time do you get to interrupt it?
My guess is around 1/4 sec to see the spell and interrupt it without failure, but if anyone can correct me it will be highly appreciative. Thanks in advance. |

0.40 sec flight time and 1/2sec activation time makes me think 0.10 sec. But that sounds so... wrong..

Most of the interrupts have a near instantaneous activation time - the 1/2 sec is actually an "aftercast" animation. But, then again, your own "reaction time" would also be a factor (which I think averages around 3/4 sec).

It shoots at 1/4, add flight time, and that's how much time it takes to interrupt.

0.35% secs then, now i FINALLY know itll be a little more easy to adapt to it without just trying to anticipate with more chance of failure

Given the above, I recommend that you also use Favorable Winds or Read The Wind. I use either of the two whenever I'm going for an interrupter.
