Still able to get 100%?
-Sry for messin up title of thread ><
Hi, i'm getting awfully close to getting 100% of tyria and what's bugging me is theres a little spot near ascalon which im sure i cant uncover because its were the ascalon arena is. Now im talking not like the arena itself, but the map once you go in. My character never went in while he was lvl 1-5 and now he obviously can't. Will i still be able to get 100% of Tyria? The arena's do not count toward title.

You can go into the staging area of the ascalon arena even at level 20 even if you've never been before, you just cannot 'enter mission'. The Ascalon arena staging area as well as the one at Yak's Bend *do* both add towards the cartography, but Ryker is correct in that the arenas themselves do not.

There is a huge margin of error on the Tyrian Cartographer title.
I managed to max the title and I know for certain that there are certain locations in the desert and Reed Bog that were never fully mapped. If you walk the edges of each map and cross the interior thoroughly you will max out this title with plenty of room to spare, none of the "hidden" areas are needed but can serve to speed things up. |

Check here to see what you're missing.
The outpost locations for both Ascalon Arena and Shiverpeak Arena do count - as pointed out by lennymon. |

My monk with 100% of tyria never knew about those areas, so you have no problems with not having them and still obtaining the title. The last few .xxx% are the hardest, but dont get discouraged, many have done it so you can too---Good luck!

I have 100% on Tyria and I have at least an additional (approximate) 1% to clear out in Lorna's Pass. Just check all the edges, try looking in areas you thought you may have not been able to go earlier (IE, necrotic transversal in Frost Gate to get to the area where Rurik is and follow that path in both directions to get to some areas you can't normally get to.)
