Well I'm sort of upset beecause i collect around 40 winter gifts in LA and stayed there a long time to get them dodging the grentchs and all only to log back in later to find them gone.

-Checked Inv not there anymore
-Relogged
-Checked Storage (wasnt even avaible till i bought it that char)
-No other Characters even in LA
-Did not open them up
-Did not get hacked - nothing was taken

I remember having problems with winter gifts last year as well this is really frusterating i needed those presents to make some money and i worked pretty hard for a while on them.

My question is do the presents dissapear if you dont use them or store them or something?

It sounds like this happened due to a roll-back.

Earlier Europe's servers lagged out and crashed. A lot of people lost the gifts and the event hat from the first event.

Sucks that you lost 40, man.

I know you worked hard dodging Gretches is difficult. But the random present drops are for the meant for the kids not for us. You get them and give them to a child who gives you something in return usually a cc shard. Scrappy Jim in Lions will give you a present back.

Sorry but don't think they can be collected.

This actually doesn't have anything to do with the problem the OP is having; it's completely the server issue that The Sender mentions. It's not an actual rollback, seems to be some kind of server glitch. Some people just lost stuff, but it could be a lot worse. I'd feel really bad for anyone who perhaps got a really rare item in that time and then had this happen!
