Account problems;
So I pretty much just pwned myself..
I have been wanting to play GW for ages, and I had my old account from about a year ago [Factions] but I couldn't remember my old password or the password to the email address I was using at the time. After lots of trying I finally managed to get into the game today, the first thing I did was go to change the email address from my old one to the one I use now. Anyway it told me it sent an email to both accounts needing confirmation from both for it to be changed. I thought "oh lame" but it doesn't really matter, because at least I can play it now. I went to the email it sent me to my new email address and clicked "cancel". Anyway, now I can login but it says "You are unable to play GW" and something about having to buy it from the shop. Does anyone know how to make this go away? I'm hoping it will reset itself after a certain amount of time or something.. Thanks! |

You'll need to contact Guild Wars support and ask for their assistance. You'll need proof that you purchased/own the chapter(s).. ie receipts, cd-key cards, etc.
