I'm a mesmer in nightfall and want to know what you think would be a better second profession elementalist or necromancer and why. If you think you know a 2nd profession 4 mesmers that are better than those 2 then please let me know. Thanks

Either is good. Personally I like playing necromancer better than I like playing ele, so I'd go with necro.

I'd say Necro since Mes doesn't have the energy pool to pull off a lot of Ele skills.

Go necromancer, lots of the necro curse hex skills stack well with the mesmer hexes. Even death hexes can stack well with mesmer hexes. Elementalist your are kinda limited due to the Energy problems, however echoing savannah causes no Energy problems.

I'm going with ele just to be different.

Actually, my Mes is Me/E. Not that I do FC Nuker or nothing, but I still can generally find some useful skills from the ele.
