Heros maintaining enchantments
I'm trying to do the 600 CoF build, using my hero as the smiter, and every time I tell him to cast an enchantment that he has to keep on (you know, the ones that give you -1 energy degen while you have it on) it shows up for a second on me and then goes away, I was just wondering if I have to do something special?
Thanks, ~ASoD (Yes, I am making sure that I am targeted when he casts, and it doesn't show up on his) |

You have to disable the skill (shift+left click)

I just tried that and it didn't work, but I have reassigned a lot of my control keys , so is there a possibility that you know what I can reassign to shift for that to work? Thanks,
~ASoD Never mind, I figured it out, thanks a lot! By the way; is there a way that I can delete my thread now that i have the answer? Thanks again! |

if you disable the skill on the hero and click it manually while you are "highlighted", the only way of losing the enchantment is :
1. out of range so she cant maintain it 2. youre hero has run out of energy. result: losing the enchantment 3. get away from enchantment rippers (enemy with ench removal) |

Heros bond just fine.
1) Go into options, and the heading Controls. Find "Action: Suppress Action" and check that it's assigned to a key, and which key (default is shift). 2) Open your heros skillbar by clicking on the number next to the heros name in the party window. Shift (or whatever key you've got "suppress action" assigned to)+leftclick on the enchant you want him to maintain. The skill will now get a Stop symbol over it. 3) Select the team member you want to have the enchant by hightlighting him in the party window. 4) Leftclick the stop-symbol-covered enchant in your heros skillbar. 5) Profit! |

Disable the skill on your hero(shift + click) -> target yourself -> click the skill on your hero's skillbar. It works. |

Hero Bonding works perfectly fine, they can quite easy maintain 8+ enchantments, as long as they have like Blessed Signet & high DF.
