I do tend to take Koss along, I want someone to keep the melee away from my casters, I also want survivability.
Heros I can flag into combat henchies attack who I attack so if an assassin gets to my healer me attacking brings the henchie warrior and all his little friends to my healer. Koss used to use dragon slash but I think quivering blade and plague touch works better. Then its usually Hero healer and necro, but sometimes I use Healer and dervish heroes. Depends on my class and the area we are in |

If I ever bring koss its only because I need him for a mission or quest.
Otherwise my heroes are: General Morgahn (p/w with cautery sig or expel depending on zone) Hayda (p/w with cruel spear) Livia (ss/barbs) |

I usually bring my own healers where possible, I sometimes like to control their spells. I'll also bring one mm hero, the henchie ele's seem to do their job fine.

Yes, I use Koss quite often.
Most of the time I use a D-slash build on him and use two Command paragons to fuel themselfs, Koss and the warrior hench I take. I still need to test if a dervish works better in this team build though. Single target damage is no big problem except in areas with large mobs. |

I always use Koss (unless I'm playing my warrior, in which case I take Margrid or Jin) although my nec now takes Jora instead.
Of course, this is when I'm playing by myself. If I'm pugging, then I'll only bring him if our party needs a warrior. |

The only times I bring a warrior is when I am playing my Ritualists. I need someone to focus my Splinter Weapon and Ancestor's Rage.
Koss uses a DSlash build, but I am thinking of whether Eviscerate/Execution is better. |

I rarely take a Warrior hero. I usually run Fire Ele (me), Tahlkora (Healing Monk), hayda (Support Paragon) and Livia (Minion Master). Apart from that if I am running somewhere and just need someone to take the brunt, I use a Warrior hero.
Anyway, is there really any difference between Tahlkora, Dunkoro and Odgen? I always here "Tahlkora sucks", but arent they all the same? :S |

I take a Warrior hero for skills like Triple Chop, so I can take a Rit hero (or play Rit myself) to turn PvE into lulz-mode.

I usually tend to bring Koss, Dunkoro and one random third but have been mixing it up more lately. I've been using Melonni, Gwen and General Morghan a lot more and it's worked pretty well. I'm also trying to get more skills for Olias so I can make a decent MM.

I never take Koss, though I DO take jora. Only when I'm a monk though, so I can set her up as a proper tank. Sometimes I like to mess with a steady stance hero in the earlier parts of the game also. They run steady stance so well lol.

Who I take depends what class I play.
If I play a melee class, I take a caster, a ranger, and a healer/protector. If I play my Ranger, I take Koss, a caster, heal/prot. If I play Ele or Mes, I take Koss, Ranger, and heal/prot. Depending on the area I am playing in, Koss uses either axe or sword. IMO Koss is indispensible, a little gungho, but important to me. |

Well apart from one particular mission on NF (maybe for cantha too) , koss or any other warrior hench isn't that needed . [wiki]Shiro[/wiki] Tagachi be that NM or HM - at least for HM the hench warrior has the wrong skills to live vs him and that might be end of the party too if the warrior dies. That actually is the only place where a warrior is a good idea unless you plan to tank him yourself .
