non-elite Ele tomes
What Campaign would be best for farming non-elite elementalist tomes. I know anywhere in HM but, where would one try to farm these.
Anyone know of a place that seems to have alot of elementalists? |

Skyward reach in Prophecies is full of hydra. Outside the EoTN outpost, past the ranger boss and wolves, are a lot of ice elementals, including a boss, and some avalanches. And in Factions, outside Ran Musu Gardens (past the mantids) there are a lot of kappas. Hydra are probably the best option out of those if you're only after elementalists.

There is really no such thing as "tome farming," but, as said above, Hydra's would be the best choice. If you are only interested in tomes, farm the lowest level possible, such as the ones in Old Ascalon. Otherwise, the best area is in Crystal Desert.

In HM can any elementalist drop a tome or is it Bosses and Chests. Im pretty sure that any enemy has a chance of dropping a non elite tome, right?
Bosses will drop elite and non elite tomes right? |

outside the Sunspear Great Hall, going towards Kamadan, you'll find a decent group of stormseeds, and an ele boss, which you can kill with a bog standard 55 SoJ monk build. No reason to not go for the additional chance of an elite ele tome too.

There's also Kappa farming outside Gyala Hatchery, and Dragon Moss farming outside Saint Anjeka's Shrine. For the Dragon Moss you'll need the quest "A New Escort" from Brauer Academy. Then just exit St Anjeka's and pull the Dragon Moss away from the warden patrol. There should be about 12 of them.

Kappas are good as they come in packs. An easy place to start might be mergoyle wavebreakers out of gates of kryta.
