Assuming you also want to get some lightbringer points while you are at it, do the run shown on the wiki above that starts at remains of sahlahja. It adds a little bit of time to the run, but it will actually get you LB points faster than the SS points. You do need someone in your party with the correct quests active to make the LB points work though. There is always a group forming, usually for a 5 man team (more drops and only slightly slower), so there is little time waiting for a group. And nobody cares what profession you are since the whole thing is in a wurm.
