Texmod issues
EDIT: FOUND THE ANSWER
For those who are interested, I found it here: http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...php?t=10202752 Alright, so I tried searching for this answer, and nothing came up so: I've just started using texmod, and understand the basic workings of it, but when I try to extract or edit some textures, they come out as transparent instead of actually what it should look like. Like this when in the gimp and when previewing before extracting: I'm pretty sure it should look like this, as seen in the windows preview thing: If edited as is, it comes out with the shiny effect as discussed on the wiki. I'm guessing this has to do with the alpha channel, although I am doing everything the wiki says to fix (using the gimp v2.4.2, bmp or dds file type) Please let me know what could be causing this, and how it could be fixed. Also let me know if I'm just being stupid and have some weird option checked on or off that causes this. Thanks. Last edited by Adamant; Jan 28, 2008 at 08:40 AM // 08:40.. |
