Armour, colour, indescisive, help, now.
Since I am incapable of making discisions, I am torn in what colour I should dye my 1.5k kurzich for my ele (I like the 1.5 better than the elite okay?:P) Now theres the black and the white I have here, but this armour also dyes vividly any colour you apply, so if you have any comments or suggestions, please share!
The white has nice contrast, plus I save money, or should I go with the black to go with my current darkish theme? Or I could keep it gray ^^ Just asking what you think looks best, (Not out to impress, but I like to get a scope of opinions) |

imo the black looks pretty nice for once otherwise maybe try a light blue mix to match your hair? ^^ and personally I almost always liked lime green on armors (green+yellow or green+orange or green+green+yellow) might be worth a try ^^

Yeah, too bad about the blue hair. The black would look good if it wasn't for that.
The white looks like a skirt from behind. |

Neither color, I would try mixing silver and blue. The blue hair really puts a cramp on your options.

If you're choosing between those two, get the black. The white is just too feminine.

black is sooooooooooooo over rated, try some of the others....I mean green +silver would be a good combo, blue is great too....with blue hair you can get by with a purple mix as well.....go out on a limb and stop looking like every other "I have enough plat to dye my armor black" characters.....color is a wonderful thing (and yes, I was an art major in college and none of my characters have anything more than boots that are black....though I DO use it to mix into color combos).
Feel free to try and be different. |

Before dyeing your armor with Black Dye, why not try Poor Man's Black to see if it looks any good?

Since you went with blue hair on your Ele, try dye combinations that "go" with the hair. Othwerwise the hair color detracts from what you're trying to do with the armor. That is a nice armor set - it's one I hadn't seen before.
Take a look at the Elementalist Guides under the Strategy Forums at http://guildwars.incgamers.com They've got a section with pictures of dye combinations. Even though they've used female armors, it gives you an idea of what colors or combinations to look at on the armor you have. A friend of mine has a male Ele with blue hair. She dyed his armor so that looks like blue ice. direct link to the armor dye thread since the other goes to the main page: http://guildwars.incgamers.com/forum...d.php?t=453239 Last edited by Evaine; Jan 28, 2008 at 10:38 PM // 22:38.. |

Both look ok imo. The black seems to cover up some of the armors details however.

black + white usually looks really nice. you get the darkness without overpowering the details in the fabric.

White completely in this case, it brings out the entire detail to the armor and black just hides everything and makes it blend in. Trust me its def. white...
