i have lvl 2 character and i cant get event quest

is there requirements to get that, if so what it is?

character is cantha born ofc

Yeah is it off limits to new characters to prevent farming or can we eventually get access to it?

Absolutely ridiculous.

Almost as ridiculous as offering a mini pet in exchange for 5 other mini pets that most people got rid of a year ago.
