Okay, one of my freinds said after you kill the lich you get a special.. drop thing. And, i killed him and got nothing. Ami missing something?>

No, all you get for killing the lich is satisfaction that you saved Tyria. Which is better then getting some cool drop

Well, you DO get access to Hard Mode in Prohecies for your account, which gives better drops... but no, the Lich has no special drops of his own.
