All the keys I have with hard copies I still retain but i see people saying that they got emailed keys from IG store purchases.. I have never been emailed a key for any onlune purchase. Don't know why.

I have all my game boxes stacked on a shelf with all the CD keys in the NF box.. =D

Its been 2 years and I still haven't lost them, thats surprising for a person like me who tends to misplace everything.

I have never had to do it so, I can't say for sure. But from what I have read they only ask you for the number not a picture of the receipt.

So, if you just write them down on paper to have the number ready to go then you should be OK. Again I have never had to send them in so, I don't know exactly what they ask for. (someone please correct me if I am wrong)
