Male Warrior Sounds - Guild Wars Forums

Is it me or did they change male warrior voices (the death noises, pain noises, and grunts heard during attacking) a while back? They used to always be like the Dwarves - all that buff masculine testosterone-loaded "huah" type stuff.

Maybe I'm a bit slow on the uptake, I just noticed recently, they now use much higher pitched voices.

Anyone able to confirm on this? I miss the death noises from the old warriors (the "AUGHEHHHH" and stuff).

I think it may be from a while back, I'm thinking around the release of Factions.

My main has been a warrior since halfway through prophecies, and I can say that I haven't noticed a difference.

Maybe it depends upon which campaign you started the character in...?

They changed quite a few sounds a while back, but I don't recall the Warrior voices being among them.

The noises sound like they're from Factions.

I dunno, I've had a warrior for two years, Tyrian, but it's a she.
