My testing on the issue has included different computers routers adsl routers different network runs. It seems either my isp trottles guildwars, they (gw) have reduced their bandwidth allowance or tier 1 like verzion are screwing us the consumer by not replacing routers that are dropping packets because they are within limits of ToS.
