I just was curious i was on the forums and i saw that the Saurian Scythe is like 10-15k 12 req is that true? and if so can you buy, or is it rare?

Using the SEARCH function, you can check this forum's sell forum for "Saurian" and see what comes up and buy it from one of the people selling there.

They're not rare, if you do the raptor farm outside rata sum you'll get a few (from the chest that spawns there, I got quite a few)
