Okay i need this skill for my build but i cant find it anywhere i went to the person at the Command post but he didnt have it but Wiki said he did!

Please HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!

Try the Hero skills guy in kamadan
Edit: yes i know hes supposed to give skills for heros but he does the PvE skills also

Did you check the skill trainer, or the hero skill trainer?

And as "the end is near" said... Just try the guy in Kamadan.

Go to Kamadan and speak to the hero skill trainer. It will be listed under "Sunspear Skills". The hero skill trainer in the command post only appears after doing some of the misisons (like prisoners of war or somesuch).

It's a sunspear skill, so talk to a Hero Skill trainer and check for Sunspear skills. It's the very first option on his list.
