Ok, I have decided not to go straight spear, that will get boring real fast. I have chosen to take P/E.

I found this build in a stiky about paragon basics, posted by clawofcrimson

It had this in it

Now this seemed like a perfect build, but it was posted before they decided to "BALANCE" Everything.

So is this build still work?

Looks like quite a good condition spam/damage dealer build, I don't see anything in the numbers that'd suggest it won't work; stunning spear might not charge up in shorter fights, but I'm just used to using Focused Anger as my elite.

My only feeling about that build is it's completely self-centric. A monk who takes smiting attack skills, and self-heals instead of healing the team isn't much use, in the same way this paragon is all about attacking and nothing about helping the team become a better weapon (Which Paragons are fantastic at)

It will still work fine, but it will take a while to build up adrenaline to use your elite skill. But yea youll have fun with it.

Another P/E option is to run para/earth ele build and use wards to help out your casters that you are hanging with in the back. Not sure if that build is in wiki also.

Edit: Ryuu, Im with you on Focused Anger, use that and "For Great Justice", and you will be full charge really fast.

Your looking at recharge time Rex, steam is only a 1 second cast.

Hey Anthem of Flame is way too short of time to burn someone, and you have to depend on osmeone to cast a spekk quickly, so you dont run out of time. Is there an easier way to burn an enemy right off the bat?
