Problems with resseting my GW password - Guild Wars Forums

Don??t know if this is the right place but i??ll find out i geuss..

I recently got an urge to play GW again,but i forgot my PW.
So i pressed the `Reset PW`on the login screen of GW,but then it only links me to playNC wich i never registered for..I checked GW site but cant find anything that could help me. Anyone that could help / give some tips?

That means you have to remember your plaync.com account and password. If you don't, support will put you through motherfreaking HELL on recovering it.

You will need all product keys for every product purchased on the account linked to the plaync account you are trying to recover, the address you used with it, phone number, favorite color, brother-in-law's middle name, and mother's maiden name.

Seriously, just try to remember. If you don't you are screwed. It's a terrible system.

I??m going through the hell atm..but i never linked my accoun with plaync..i know my plaync loggin details but i never linked it with GW lol..
