yep, i had that happen where the trade cancels..i couldnt' figure out why i couldn't accept a trade once, but realized it was cuz i had 100k in my account...since i'm not used to having cash on hand like that the person i was trading with asked me if i had 100k in my inventory..then i realized why the trade kept auto-cancelling...so, long story short - u got scammed...but curious why someone running around with a torment weapon would only have 28gp in their inventory unless you were clearing (cash) inventory space in preparation for the large sale...but anyway - sorry to read of your loss
