Hall on Monuments "Titles"
Should we expect to see a statue in the Hall of Monuments for each of the GW games that we "finish?" Should there be separate, distinct statues for finishing Prophecies, Factions, Nightfall, and EoN?

There already is one.
It is called the "eternal hero of Cantha/Tyria/Elona" and you get it for beating each of the campaigns. It is different from the "eternal protector" title. The only game that doesn't have such a statue, ironically, is GW:EN. |

GW:EN is an expansion, not a campaign.

The only reason it is "ironic" is because the HoM itself is in GW:EN, and yet you don't get a statue in it for beating it. |

Question: Can Master of the North title be displayed in HoM?

Yes. All pve titles can be displayed once you hit max rank (the exception being lucky/unlucky, which only requires lvl 2).

So, regardless of whether we've "finished" one campaign, or 3, there's only one statue, and probably named for whatever the first campaign was we finished then? Thanks for the info!

No, you get a statue for every campaign you finish, not just one for the first.

My Luxon rank is at rank 2, and I can't display it. I couldn't display my Kurzick one til I was showing a friend my HoM and I had recently gotten rank 4. I can prove it if necessary.

I forgot about the luxon/kurzick titles. (I don't exactly consider them pve titles, which is why I overlooked them.) They're displayable at rank 4. And to the OP: You get "Eternal Savior of (continent name)" when you finish a campaign, one for each continent, that are totally independent of the Protector title statues.

It's "Eternal Hero" for completing the campaign, not Savior.
PvP titles can be displayed at r3, except for Hero (r8) and Savior (r4). |
