1. But don't you want to try to get the enemy to target you the warrior (via standing in their way or some other way)? 2. But doesn't high armor + frenzy = less armor than even caster professions (actually even worse than that, since it's double damage and not -40 AL)? Wouldn't you always become the priority target since you become the softest target? 3. Like I said in #2, wouldn't you need to cancel almost as soon as you activate Frenzy? Guys, correct me if I'm wrong please. |

With human enemies, there's generally something more worthwhile attacking than a warrior, so you can Frenzy anyway. |

For general purposes, Rush is the stronger cancel stance. |

For PvP: If I can distract a player from attacking the more vulnerable classes that most definitely is not a bad thing. I didn't say I used Frenzy on x/W, neither did I say they don't have better alternatives, I merely stated that it wouldn't be suicide if someone did use it on x/W, contrary to what you said. Seriously learn to read and learn to play the game before spewing out crap. Last edited by Dark Kal; Apr 03, 2008 at 08:02 AM // 08:02.. |

I would still say it's suicide. Anything that has below a Warrior's inherant armour will get targetted first most probably regardless. And why are we having this argument if you don't use Frenzy on x/W and know there are better alternatives? Anyone who does use Frenzy on an x/W needs to learn to play, my friend. It would be suicide because either way, regardless of your profession (Minus Warrior and Paragon) the AI will most probably target you anyway with or without Frenzy = wasted slot at that point. Being able to Frenzy under pressure is pure /win. Not being able to Frenzy under any sort of damage income is pure /suicide. And for the record because you're defending x/W Frenzy...stop spewing out crap yourself. Last edited by Tyla; Apr 03, 2008 at 02:55 PM // 14:55.. |

If Frenzy did draw agro then you would use it when your casters were under fire and draw off that attack. By the time you started to take heavy dmg you would use your cancel stance + the monks could then heal you since they would not be kiting anymore. Also the double damage is not as significant as you might think, when a war is only taking 10-20 dmg from attacks pre-frenzy(physical attacks that is). If there are multiple casters in the mob, or a Boss Caster, then have your monk cast Protective Spirit prior to Frenzy and your good to go. |

Think of it as a makeshift tank, but you're not useless when aggro breaks. |
