District team-pairing mechanics
Example:
12 people waiting to enter an Alliance battle on Kurzick side Russian district. 12 people waiting to enter an AB on Luxon side Russian district. 430984 people waiting to enter an AB on Kurzick side American district. 293104 people waiting to enter an AB on Luxon side American district. Would the 24 people in the russian districts get paired against each other or would they be mixed with the people in the american districts? |

I'm not sure, but I think they would be paired with eachother since the Russian districts are not part of North America. Unless every player was in the international districts.
