Need help identifying an Item - Guild Wars Forums

Alright so this has been eating away at the back of my head for a while

I've checked the wiki and I can't seem to find this shield that most of the top pvp guilds seem to have.

Heres a screenshot I took to let you know what Im looking for

If someone could tell me what the name of the shield is and where I could find one, I would really appreciate it.

Are you talking about those ones with the black border and purpley glow thing in the middle? Those are tormented shields.

You can obtain one from DoA in exchange for an Armbrace of Truth. Its really not that "rare" now due to duping/heavy farming.

Soo If its not really that rare will I be able to buy it for around 50k or less, or is it going to cost around 100k+e

Wow. There may be a lot of shields to look through on Wiki, but NONE look close to the Tormented in any way. Check harder next time. The main reason people are using that is that it is inscribable, and 'rare'. It is becoming more common, but the fact that it can be modded for any build, and looks unique from the PvP or majority of PvE players shields, it stands out.
