Ok, I read the post about what chapter is most important and all that. However, I go to the store and I see this PVP access kit.

Basically, I really only want to pvp in the game so I really don't want to pay like 140 dollars considering I only have prophecies in order to get caught up to the latest expansion.

So, my question is if I buy this PVP Access Kit does it give me access to every skill and every class in the game? It says it will give you 60 free skill unlocks, but can I still unlock every other skill from pvp or will I miss out on skills because I don't own the other expansions?

Also, let's say I did want to get the pve aspect of the game is there a bundle pack or something where I can buy all the expansions to guild wars for less than like 140?

look in the GW store, i may be wrong but i think u can buy something that unlocks every single armor mods, inscripts etc etc and all skills as well, might wanna read it to be sure. I know they sell 2 different types of PvP packs in their store.

i think you can buy a seperate skill unlock packs

If it takes you $140 anywhere then you must not be looking too hard. None should be more that like, $40. I'm not actually sure if there's a trilogy pack or not, but I do know a few places you can get the others.
