wow, this is very annoying.
when im playing on my derv, and there is a group of people and I attack one that is behind another enemy, my derv gets stuck and just stands there like an idiot unless i attack the first one, which really hurts my AoE. my derv doesn't even attack the one I targeted even if it comes close enough to attack.
anyone else having this problem? |

The AI that controls your auto-movements is not very good, it will cause you to get stuck all the time. Use the normal movement keys to get past the first guy and get in the middle. Just have to do it manually.

Welcome to the pathing issues of melee AI in GW. At least you have the brain to get around it, as opposed to the henchies/heroes, which just stand there.

Ugh. It's really annoying when you're crippled and your target runs away to try and heal
I think ANET does it on purpose and they're all just sitting back there laughing at us |

Alls fair. Its called being body blocked. It works against the enemies trying to get to your casters too. If you have a bunch of minions or several melee attackers mobbing the enemy trying to get past to your soft guys, they get stuck and have to fight their way out.

Agree with Wirt - if we humans can bodyblock, then why shouldn't the AI? I guess it's really pathing issues as said before, but pretend you're in PvP and deal with it as if it WAS bodyblocking
