The boardwalk is not required for Canthan Cartographer, but it should re-open in July.

not required.... you can achieve grandmaster without... just make sure you remember to get the shing jae arena

GW is three next weekend, should it not be opening then?

They were open last year, so I don't see why they would be closed this year.
