farming
I am looking to create the best farming character and i cannot decide what is the best profession. Should i go with a
55 monk, 55 necro, Assassin, Hamstorm,a warrior, a 600 monk, IW Mesmer, a touch ranger, or an 800 spirit spammer (let me know if u have a better one) Please let me know. and tell me the build, requirements for the build (armor weapons etc.), and let me know how to run the build I play on Factions so if you could also let me know where the best place to farm is. Let me know the advantages/disadvantages for each build TY for the help |

I would either ask the Mods to move this thread to Farming Forum. Or ask them to close this one and start a new thread over in the same section. You will get a much better responce over there.
However, with the way you posted it most people are going to just tell you to use the search or read instead of asking for it to be spoon feed to you. You really should check out the link above and read the stickies at the top of that section and many of the threads already in there asking/answering this very question. Krat |

I am tired of people coming on the Q&A forms and asking for us to give them all the stuff they need to farm. Go back to the list of forms, select "The Campfire" and click "Farming" there is a newbie farming page there.
And none of the above options (exception 55s and the assassin/E) are good or have I even heard of them (800 spirit spammer) Oh, hamstorm made me lol. |

I also think this should be moved > Farming. If all you have is Factions, my only idea for what you can use for farming is a Spirit Bond Monk. If you were to have all campaigns, I'd say any class would be suitable enough for farming, as they all have some viable forms of farming. In my mind, Elementalist, Monk, Necromancer, Warrior, Assassins, Ritualists, and Dervishes have some of the better farming builds. |

Wait a second, I farm lots of Wailing Lords with the hamstorm build. It's fine.
