Nightfall Collectors Edition - Missing trial key - Guild Wars Forums

I managed to get a hold of a Nightfall CE this week and I'm having a blast.

However, I noticed after reading the content I was supposed to get in the Collectors edition, that I did not get a trial key! At the back of the box it says "Epic Trial Key and Nightfall Buddy Key" but I could not find either in my box.

After I saw this youtube clip (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gmbGRIzuefU) of a guy unpacking his Nightfall CE (check out 04:10) I knew how the key was supposed to look like. When I checked my contents again I noticed I had TWO of the Bonus Music Key booklets but NO trial key.

So my question is, has this happened before? Is it a simple mix up when packaging and could something be done about it? Or could it be that this CE box was packed without a key on purpose since the keys might have expired?

It's not the biggest deal but it's a shame really considering I was trying to convince a friend to join me but couldn't find the bloody key...

There have been some reported issues with missing keys, error's in packaging when NF first came out. At this point, your best bet for a key would be to contact GW support, explain your situation and hope they will be able to give you a key for your friend.
