I would like to know if there is any way to tell that an enemy has an enchantment on them (pvp). I've only been able to tell by seeing them actually cast it.

If you can i would appreciate help on doing so.

A yellow arrow on the health bar or a white cloud around the upper body usually shows that they have an enchantment on them.

A purple arrow on the health bar or a black cloud around the lower body usually shows that they have a hex on them.

It's not 'usually', it's 'definitely'. You can't have it without an enchantment/hex.
