New Features - Guild Wars Forums

I left guild wars because of school and now im in my GCSE's (big important exams) and haven't been on since Christmas and was just wondering what new features have been added to guild wars if any during my leave e.g. skills,wepons etc.

Weapons - they added some from the "Design A Weapon" contest and also when you complete Hell's Precipice you can either select a green or buy a gold version of Deldrimor weapons.

Skills - they plan on making some skills perform differently for PvE and PvP.

I just got back a few weeks ago too. They've added Deldrimor Items. You get a Deldrimor Talisman from completing the Hell's Precipice mission-Last mission in Prophecies.

I havent played the game in about a year and i have some quick questions as i really feel like playing again:

1: Is the game still active? Are there still alot of people playing prophecies?

2: Do i really need GWEN to really play with other people now? will i be missing out?

3: Is there anything New for Guild Wars coming soon?

1. The game is quite active, but as for Prophecies specifically I wouldn't know, as I don't associate with the public very often.

2. You don't need EotN at all, unless you play with jackasses that demand Ursan. But you will be missing out as EotN is quite fun in itself.

3. No more campaigns/expansions will be released, but they will still update the game every so often for balances and what not. They may add new content such as titles and holiday drops, who knows.

1: Yes

2: Gwen isn't that fantastic to my opinion. But it has real cool armors etc. The problem is now: for UW/FoW/DoA they now mostly want r10 Ursan players, which is something you can only get in gwen. For normal quests are still players to find.

3: Lately the Zaishen title track is added. But most attention is now on GW2 I think. There won't be any new expansions if you mean that.
