Power Defragmenter + Contig.exe is a good combo (they download togther... just google for Power Defragmenter) - it can defrag single files, folders, disks, or the "power" mode - which is what I use the most... it's pretty good, and I would recommend running to 2 -4 times to make sure you get a thorough defragment.
