Take it from an old schooler:
In the beginnig, it was like this: "Watch Yourself" All alies within Earshot gain +24 Armor for XX seconds 4 Adrenaline It didn't have a recharge, and it was a set ammount of armor. I'm pretty sure it was 24, but I'm actually doubting wether or not it was +20 Anyways, why U wanna know? |

Immediately before the nerf it was 4 adrenaline, 4 recharge, 5...21 armour for 10 seconds. However it went through a number of nerfs before that.

They changed it for paras, who could use the +20 armor without investing much into tactics. After that, paras put more into tactics, and started using Shields up as well. After nerfing SU, they put the recharge on GFTE and WY because they were getting too much energy for paras. The last step was adding the hit counter.

Question About Little Thom
Little Thom has [Executioner's Strike] as well as [Wild Blow]. Will he constantly use [Wild Blow] and loss adrenaline so that he can't use [Executioner's Strike], or will he be smarter and only use [Wild Blow] to end stances? Thanks in advance.

He'll use it to end any stance, not just blocking stances.

He will spam Wild Blow as he uses it as a +damage skill. You will rarely see any of the AI use a +damage adrenaline skill with Wild Blow on their skill bar (on heroes I disable it and manually trigger it).
He will also see Wild Blow as a stance breaker in some circumstances and use it before other skills. So the AI isn't totally unaware of it's use - it just doesn't note that it drains adrenaline. |

Henchmen IQ is in the single digits. Same goes for Heroes. They will spam their limited skill bars as much as they can and as inefficiently as they can.

Does this mean that he'll never use [Executioner's Strike] as he will never have enough adrenaline?

No. Unblockable means unblockable.
