Newbie - Get EoTN or Stick with just Proph
I started playing the game with just prophecies about a month ago. I've really enjoyed it so far, and am now at lvl 15 with my W/E.
However, I've found that trying to quest with just henchies is near impossible is some situations. I thought that maybe EoTN would be a good addition to my gaming experience, but I dunno if I want to shell out $50 for it. Should I just stick with prophecies or get EoTN too? thanks |

EotN is $30, and worth it.

Nightfall would give you all the heroes you need plus a lot more content than EoTN.

Well, to get the most out of GW, I'd say buy all of the chapters and the Expasion aswell o.O;. That's what most people advise =).

Nightfall might be a better option than GWEN, cause you'll be getting an entire second game instead of just an expansion.
In the end, if you realy enjoy GW, gradually buying all the games might be a good idea. |

well I don't know how long I'll be playing GW. I'm kinda holding out on Warhammer, which is scheduled right now to come out in like October or November.
I'm just kinda casually playing through proph right now and I figured just an expansion would give me more than enough content for a while. Maybe I'll check prices first. |

Factions, while more content and skills are available, doesn't help you finish Prophecies. The first few quests in Nightfall, however will unlock Heroes, and Heroes (customizable henchmen) can help you solo Proph easier. For you to play your Prophecies toon in Factions and Nightfall require you get to Lion's Arc and do quests there to move your toons over to those chapters, after you add the chapter to your current account. Personally, I'd buckle down and finish Proph with henchies. It's really not that hard: Thousands of people have done it before you. If money is the issue, I'd finish Prophecies and then get Factions from Best Buy or Target for 30 bucks or less. |

and also offers a good range of heroes. nightfall is a good choice as well, but the hall of monuments feature in EOTN ties the game to GW2 which you may decide to get in the future... |

Yes, It's really your call. Depends what you want. Personally I like EoTN Better.
