I know quite a few female Gw players, from the tomboys to the femme fatal - the only thing we have in common is GW
why should playing a game sterotype you to who you are? |

people of all ages and both genders play video games! (ok maybe not infants, but my 3 year old niece is learning!!!)
Women play video games. I am a woman....married and we BOTH play---its something we can do together that doesnt involve leaving the house! I have met quite a few couples that play (either bf/gf or married)...and when I started in pre-searing the party size was only 2 so I thought that was great! Dont give in to peer pressure----OP do what YOU want to do! and yes laptops can run gw...mines a bit slow, but it still works (and there are quite a few tripped out laptops that preform better than my desk top!)

Gonna follow everyone else here and say do what makes you happy and don't let any one hold you back. Unless you like to jump off bridges into water 1000 feet below, then I would say listen to your siter! Or if you're like me and wanna go chase tornadoes. Granted thats' a world of fun and excitement but can be dangerous!

Standard generic response is not really listen to others negativity. Everyone in life needs something to bitch about in life, sometimes your just on that end of the stick.

I'm a girl (well, I'm 31 so not hardly) and I play ps3, psp, xbox, and pc games including gw. I'm fairly good at games, played them very well all my life (back when the atari 3200 was rocking better than my apple 2c!) Not only does my boyfriend like that I play games, he thinks it's pretty hot.

All they want is a person who is equal to them*, who they can love and be friends with. Discourse needs to be intelligent in a modern relationship. Besides, pregnancy is damn scary. As are small children. Cooking helps though. There's only so much fried spam a man can eat :3 *Yes, I know there are still misogynists in this world, but they don't count through virtue of their own idiocy |
